Situation:

Panera was looking to increase catering sales in several of their key markets. 

 

Solution:

The Carlon Group developed an acquisition strategy to add new corporate customers for specific markets. Email campaigns were developed and executed to target decision makers for catering services. In addition an electronic media strategy was developed (TV & Radio) to generate additional reach and ultimately allowed these markets to perform in the top 5% for catering sales for the entire Panera Bread system.
