Situation:

Western Union needed an awareness campaign developed to help launch a new International Traveler product.

Solution:

The Carlon Group designed and developed a customized traveler survey and custom microsite to support the user inquiry and product details. Multiple traveler types were identified and responses were tabulated for the VP of product services to review. Customer insight was provided to the new products division for review which influenced the tactics of the product launch.
