Situation: (currently rebranded as Xome) was a brand new business and was ready for a public launch into the marketplace. They needed a well designed go to market strategy consisting of everything from establishing brand guidelines to retention strategies.


The Carlon Group was selected as the agency of record to take the company into the marketplace. A myriad of projects and strategies were developed and executed from acquisition to retention campaigns and everything in between. Revenue for this channel started less than 3 million and grew to over 2.2 billion within 5 years.
